Job Brief

Corr Recruitment have an exciting and brand-new opportunity for an experienced Quality Control Technician, based in Thatcham. If you have well-rounded Quality Control/ Logistics Administration/ Clerical experience, please see below!

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
  • Daily quality assurance tasks including checking thermometers for correct cooking temperatures.
  • Often taking notes to ensure you fully understand the current and future stages of production.
  • GMP audits/ Internal audits conducted to a schedule ensuring safe and legal practices are being followed correctly.
  • Taking relevant data from cooking temperatures, chemical levels, hand swabs, water samples etc. to produce reports for senior managers.
  • Non-conformance logging, ensure that non conformances are raised promptly and that the log is completed for any Potential NCR’s that are raised.
  • General Pest Control, Traceability, Training and any miscellaneous tasks which may be required.

Previous Skills, Experience, And Qualifications
  • Possess high level verbal & written communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to confidently prioritise, manage time and resources whilst effectively managing communication lines with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Setting up and maintaining quality assessments.
  • Desirably will have experience of working in a production environment.

Details
  • Monday to Friday – 8am to 5pm.
  • Permanent, full time
  • £22,000 - £24,000
