You will be joining a well-established, stable, and welcoming team who provide a supportive team environment, where you will be committed, innovative and enthusiastic to be part of Somerset’s improvement journey. As a Business Support Assistant, you will be:- Liaising directly with social workers and Independent Reviewing Officers to arrange Children Looked After reviews.
- Managing team mailboxes on a daily basis and responding within a timely manner.
- Supporting Senior managers in team activities
- GCSE or Equivalent in English Language and Maths at grade C/ Level 4 or above.
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Including Outlook, Excel, MS Teams and One note
- Good organisation and communication skills
- Experience of working with colleagues to tackle challenges and resolving problems.
