The Best Connection are currently seeking Postal Administration Assistants for well a established client in the Hortonwood area.

Pay:

£11.78ph

Working Hours:

  • 11:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday
  • The Pay £11.78ph
  • This is a dynamic role with varied duties that would suit a person with good people skills
  • Immediate starts available

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customers and suppliers (customer and supplier care)
  • Liaising with drivers - helping them with any queries or directions if they are lost
  • Maintain internal databases
  • Supporting internal staff
  • Taking phone calls, responding to emails

Requirements:

  • Good I.T skills
  • Referencing within the last 5 years are required
  • DBS check is required - we can apply on your behalf if you do not have DBS
  • Experience in administration is required
  • Good communication skills
  • Confident dealing with clients and internal colleagues
  • Attention to detail
