An opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our Delivery team is available. Based at either our Chester or Bangor, North Wales office this is a hands-on role where you’ll be offered exposure to many different areas of our business and will hold the responsibility for general administrative support to the Operations Director including diary management, arranging meetings, and preparing information for presentations and meeting as required.The Administration Assistant will have set tasks that they will be responsible for, however no two days will be the same, and you could be involved in anything from preparing documentation for meetings, collating, and preparing data in line with reporting cycles, maintaining accurate records and booking or preparing meeting rooms for internal and external meetings.The role will require travel to both the Bangor and Chester office and offers the flexibility to working from home at times.About YouThis is a varied role encompassing a broad range of administrative tasks. You’ll be working as part of a small yet constantly growing team where you’ll be sharing learning and good practice with colleagues to drive continuous improvement so strong communications skills (written and verbal) are essential. You will need to be an excellent team player and flexible to the needs of the business with a high level of IT literacy.
