The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant to join an ofice team within a primary school in the Lutterworth area.

The successful candidate will workk in the front office and will be responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors and parents/carers. The candidate will also answer the phones and deal with caller’s enquiries. The successful candidate will also handle in-person and written enquiries.

The successful candidate will need to be welcoming and helpful as you will be one of the first people that visitors of the school will meet, so being personable would be key for this role.

The Successful Candidate Will Be

  • Will have a grade of C or above in GCSE’s Mathematics and English (or equivalent qualification).
  • Have recent and relevant admin experience.
  • Has strong experience using MS Office and would need to be computer literate.
  • Have a good telephone manner and excellent customer service skills.
  • Have high standard and attention to detail.
  • Have the ability to prioritise your own workload
  • Have the ability to remain calm underpressure
  • Be able to prioritise your own workload.
  • A strong team player but also the ability to work independently

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
