Position - Acquisitions Accountant - Materials Handling

Impact Handling are actively recruiting an Acquisitions Accountant to work at group level within the Long Eaton head office. This is a newly created role within the business and is critical to the growth and continued success of the company and wider group.

You will be supporting the CFO in driving financial projects such as M&A activities from evaluation to post-acquisition integration, driving digitalisation and optimization of processes and systems, and reviewing areas such as internal controls & segregation of duties.

Skills and Experience - Acquisitions Accountant - Materials Handling

  • Planning and executing the integration of acquired business in terms of overseeing all the financial activities, running them and integrating into existing team, processes and systems.
  • Evaluation, review and improvement of business financial and related processes towards enhanced effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Driving the digitalisation journey for financial processes, reporting and analytics.
