Accuflex currently have a number of paralegal opportunities within a rapidly expanding boutique litigation firm in central Leeds.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidates will:
- Assist the Directors on a variety of national and international commercial cases as well as lead their own caseload
- Research applicable regulations, laws and legal scholarship
- Draft documents including witness evidence, briefs and pleadings
- Prepare matters for trial
- Be a creative problem solver
- Be passionate and take pride in your work
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have an understanding of civil procedure rules
Experience
We want to hear from you whether you are just starting out or are a seasoned commercial litigator, but it is essential that you have a demonstrable interest in litigation.
