Job Description

As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing high volumes of invoices in a timely manner
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Preparing and processing the payment run
  • Any other adhoc duties as requested

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for the Accounts Payable Clerk role, you must:

  • Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
  • Be immediately available
  • Be able to work within strict deadlines
  • Be adaptable and flexible
  • Be able to communicate effectively
