CMA recruitment group are working on behalf of client in Camberley, Surrey who are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant. This is a property management company who are looking to grow the finance team.What The Role Involves
  • Reporting to the Transactional Finance Manager;
  • Processing and reconciling the purchase ledger;
  • Approving invoices and making payment runs;
  • Managing high volumes of invoices (80 - 90 per day) within a timely manner;
  • Liaising verbally and via written communication with suppliers, stakeholder and financial personnel.
Suitable Candidates
  • Experienced working in a Accounts Payable team processing high volumes under strict deadlines;
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail;
  • Confident liaising with colleagues and third parties - letters, emails and by phone;
  • Organised and methodical in your approach to work;
  • Works well as part of a small team;
  • Capable of prioritising tasks in a busy environment;
  • Comfortable using Excel to a basic/intermediate level.
