We’re on the lookout for an experienced Accounts Officer/ Controller to join our well-established client based in Didcot.

About The Role

As an Accounts Controller, your responsibilities will include:
  • Payroll for 20 employees ( using a bespoke system - training provided on handover )
  • Sales Ledger
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Till/day sheet reconciliation/ Daily banking
  • Accruals and prepayments
  • Fixed assets register and depreciation calculation
  • VAT return
  • Monthly management accounts
  • Annual account preparation to send to accountant
  • Annual FCA report
  • Annual report companies house
  • Workplace Pension
  • HR Control
About You

Do you have previous experience working in Accounts and are you available asap? To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience within a similar accounts role, be able to liaise at all levels, have excellent communications skills, be self motivated and be able to work 30 - 35 hours per week Monday to Friday. Some remote working will be considered and the start and finish times are also flexible.
