As part of our busy accounts department, you’ll provide essential support to the senior finance administrator. You’ll be instrumental to the running of the financial function of our business, through a meticulous approach to your day-to-day duties. Being part of a team is vital to the smooth running of this role.

As part of our accounts team, you will:

  • Raising sales invoicing.
  • Raising and monitoring of purchase orders.
  • Processing supplier invoicing.
  • Generating reports for the senior finance administrator.
  • Reconciliation of supplier accounts.

Qualifications/skills:

  • Meticulous and methodical approach to work.
  • Working knowledge of Sage 50 Account,
  • Thorough understanding of Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
  • Work on own initiative.
  • Professional attitude with a strong customer focus.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Impart accurate information.
  • Handle pressure and multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn.
  • Essential experience with Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal, written communication and listening skills.
  • Excellent telephone skills and manner.
  • Preparation of customer statements.
  • Management of credit control.
  • General admin duties.
