CMA Recruitment Group is working exclusively with a reputable, established business located in Waterlooville, Hampshire, for the recruitment of an Accounts Assistant.This diverse, ’hands-on’ Accounts Assistant is based in a very tenured, friendly team and will work closely alongside the Finance Manager who will offer full training.What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?
  • Processing mixed volume purchase ledger invoices;
  • Dealing with and resolving supplier queries;
  • Making payments via BACS payments;
  • Monthly payment runs and reconciling petty cash / company credit card;
  • Weekly payroll and dealing with all associated queries;
  • Day to day general accounts administration and answering the telephone during busy periods.
Suitable Candidate For Accounts Assistant Vacancy
  • Possess strong transactional accounts experience;
  • Have good working knowledge of Sage, Xero or similar although not essential.
  • Be a team player and have an enthusiastic, hands-on approach towards tasks.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
