CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be supporting our Basingstoke, Hampshire client, who is currently in need of an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.Reporting into the Assistant Director of Finance, you will cover various aspects of the company’s day to day accounting operations.What will the role involve?
  • Daily cash allocations;
  • Daily direct debit processing;
  • Bank reconciliations;
  • Maintenance of AP/ AR ledgers;
  • Reconciliation of other cash related balance sheet accounts;
  • Other ad hoc duties as required by management.
Suitable Candidate
  • You will be an AAT studying Accounts Assistant or similar accounting qualifications with a keenness to progress your career in finance;
  • Strong system skills, Excel are essential;
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Cash Processing, basic reconciliations;
  • Self-motivated with a good attention to detail, with the ability to absorb information quickly;
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with other teams.
