CMA are pleased to be exclusively recruiting an Accounts Assistant role for an SME business who make a real difference within the local community.If you are seeking a varied finance role within a small, close-knit team where you get exposure to all areas of transactional finance, please get in touch!!What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?
  • Responsibility for the recording the Group’s banking transactions, reconciling the bank accounts, initiating payments, and sending remittances;
  • Sales Invoicing and Credit Control;
  • Updating, recording, and reconciling the Group’s Prepayment schedules;
  • Reviewing monthly Intercompany transactions and ensuring all accounts are in balance;
  • Supporting the Purchase Ledger Assistant in validating supplier invoices and allocation of supplier payments.
Suitable Candidate For The Accounts Assistant Vacancy
  • Someone enthusiastic with a keen eye for detail;
  • A minimum of one years’ experience within finance or accounts;
  • Experience using Sage is preferential but not essential.
