Sales Executive / Trade Account Manager required to join a growing, successful building materials supplier based in the Reading area. The company supply a wide range of products such as, roofing, timber, windows, doors, plasterboard and insulation to small independent builders through to medium and large contractors.As a Sales Executive you will be working within a young and dynamic sales team, liaising with an existing customer base as well as seeking out new business opportunities. Full training on products and sales tactics will be given to the successful candidate. The role has great earning potential and opportunity for future growth.Account Manager/ Sales Executive Position Overview
  • Liaise with new and existing customers over the phone and via email
  • Involvement in the whole sales process and negotiating of prices with customers and suppliers
  • Search for new business opportunities
  • Hit sales targets
Account Manager/ Sales Executive Position Requirements
  • Experience working within a sales role previously
  • Strong communicator
  • Computer literate
  • Good telephone manner
  • Driven and hungry to succeed
Account Manager/ Sales Executive Position Remuneration
  • Basic salary
  • Uncapped commission (ability to earn commission from the very start)
  • Average earnings: Year 1 - 35 - 40k / Year 2 - 45 - 55k / Year 3 - 60 - 80k +
  • Full training
