Account Manager (SAAS)

Basic Salary: £22-27k (depending on experience) + Double OTE (uncapped)

We are looking for a strong sales individual and a good team player who wants a hands-on role. The successful candidate will be comfortable with generating their own leads and will move into a warm seat with an existing qualified pipeline from the start.

As an Account Manager at Kit Builder, you will be responsible for the long-term success of our Customers using Kit Builder. You will be interacting with other departments to ensure the successful delivery of client projects that you have won and retain.

This role will primarily focus on winning new business opportunities and after initial training and shadowing, we are confident that the right candidate will be securing new logos in a short space of time.

As an individual you must be self-motivated, organised, have attention to detail with the ability to adapt to change, and prioritise to suit ever-changing demands in a relaxed, friendly but ever busy professional office environment.

The Company

A successful owner-managed business providing custom clothing designer software that has been expertly developed to allow customers to create and build their own range of clothing online. Worldwide customers include online clothing retailers, sports teams, and household sports clothing brands.

We are looking for people who:

  • Ideally have experience selling B2B technology, software-based (SAAS) environment, or e-commerce solutions to national and international markets from the UK.
  • Have experience of both long and short new business sales (can range from 1 week to 2 years)
  • Are a great team player, with a ‘can do’, results-driven approach and good attention to detail
  • Are comfortable closing 5 or 6 figure sales
  • Are new business-focused
  • Are good at following up on opportunities
  • Are comfortable closing deals online and over the phone.
  • Have the confidence to deal with CEO’s of big-name, international sports brands.

What will you do?

  • Work qualified leads generated organically and by marketing
  • Self-generate leads
  • Build a network of referrers and future clients
  • Be confident closing deals ranging from £3,000 to £100,000
  • Manage your own portfolio, upselling and cross-selling
  • Work closely with the Head of Account Management to refine and improve processes and being proactive in driving new projects and initiatives.

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
