We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer focused individual, to join our friendly team.

Supporting one of our key retail accounts, the Account Manager role is very much about building strong relationships with the client. The role will include taking effective written and verbal briefs and working effectively with all departments, including our large creative design studio to drive through the project to meet the high expectations of the client. To be successful, you’ll need to be persuasive, possess good communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and excellent time-management.

Previous experience of retail design or print accounts would be advantageous. You must be able to react to challenging client requests or escalating requirements as needed and juggle multiple account management projects at a time, whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail. The role is primarily office- based with occasional visits to the client, for which a pool car will be provided.

You’ll have regular telephone contact with the client, suppliers and with colleagues in all departments so you need to have a friendly and professional telephone manner. To be successful, you’ll need to have a good eye for detail as proofreading is an essential part of this role and you’ll need to be comfortable working within a deadline-driven environment and able to juggle multiple tasks. The role is office- based.

Hours

Your working day will typically be 9.00 am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week). However, when a deadline is looming you will be expected to put in the extra hours to ensure the success of the campaign.
