Summary:

The focus of the role is to provide end user training on the MFD devices (predominately Xerox, but not limited to) to our client base both upon install and also as a refresher, as and when required. The role may also include supporting the Account Directors with their existing customer base, including support in pursuit of new customers.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the smooth and successful implementation of sales projects into your customers, including end user training, for both install and refresher training (as and when required)
  • Creating and maintain end user MFD training guides
  • Managing regular planned communication with all relevant client contacts
  • Educating the existing client base on the full range of products and services and identifying opportunities for additional sales
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate CRM records and status updates
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for client issues; resolving issues quickly and professionally with the aid of internal teams, escalating to senior management as appropriate
  • Overseeing new sales proposals and presentations to existing clients
  • Overseeing implementations of new sales to existing clients
  • Accompanying clients to product shows and other marketing events
  • Client contacts will include General and Business Unit Managers, Finance Directors, IT and other Technical Managers, Procurement Managers and departmental users
  • To communicate effectively at all levels. To be able to build the right relationships, uncover the core areas of concern and provide solutions to match individual needs
  • Key measures of success will include client retention levels, effective use of the CRM system, client speed growth, client satisfaction and product knowledge

Required Experience:

  • A good understanding of IT and networks
  • To have a good customer relation and the ability to work as a team member
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Desirable Experience:

  • Server 2012 & Server 2016
  • Knowledge of Hybrid Mail
  • 1-2 Years working in a Print / IT related business.
