Join our diverse team at Plester Group (part of the Aston Lark Group) as an expert Account Handler at our offices in Kidderminster. If you have a commercial insurance background and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

As an Account Handler, you’ll work closely with our clients to provide outstanding customer service, helping us achieve our retention targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acquiring renewal terms, mid-term adjustments, and quotations, and preparing required documentation
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to develop a renewal strategy
  • Conducting market research to identify the most competitive terms available
  • Maintaining accurate records of all relevant information, correspondence, and documentation

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to bring:

  • Prior experience in insurance
  • Good negotiation and broking skills
  • Excellent client service skills
  • CII certification (or willingness to work towards it)
