Our client, a large-format printing company, is looking for an Account Handler to join the team in Castleford.Account HandlerCastleford,WF10 1NJFull Time, Permanent£19,000 - £25,000 per annumPlease Note: Applicants must be authorised to work in the UKOur client is a UK-leading provider of large format printing services.Established for 35 years, they have a great reputation for large format printing including design, production and fulfilment.Their customers include national brands for which they provide signage, display, exhibition as well as interior and exterior large format print solutions.As they continue to recoup steady growth since the pandemic, they are now looking to hire a key member of staff who will work closely with the Director to develop business and help the company continue to grow.The RoleAs Account Handler, you will look after existing clients, from quoting to processing orders.You Will Be
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure orders flow through the process and are delivered on time
  • Communicating with clients and chasing up quotes to secure orders
  • Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction & service to all customers.
  • Answering the phone
  • Ordering materials as required
  • Supporting the directors in the wider aspects of the business as required
  • All other general admin associated with the sales and production process
About YouThe role would suit someone who has a passion for excellent customer service and a very organised office ethos.
  • Previous experience from within large and small format printing sector / signage would be preferred but is not essential.
  • Experience with Excel and Word are required. Training will be provided on all other industry specific software.
