Job Description

As an Account Executive you’ll be responsible for the following:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships.
• Understand client objectives and develop strategic marketing plans to meet their goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and deliver high-quality results.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and KPIs to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates to clients, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and insights to bring innovative ideas to client campaigns.

The Successful Applicant

As an Account Executive you’ll have the following skills:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (Desirable)
• Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar client-facing role within a creative marketing agency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
• Proficient in project management
• Welsh Language (Desirable)
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and campaign success.
• Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for innovative marketing solutions.
