Account Executive – Automotive Warranty – £23,000-£25,000 basic salary + £4,800 OTE + 10% Bonus + Benefits

Our client is a strong player within the Automotive Warranty sector, who have over 30 years of experience operating across the UK and Europe. Offering Warranty policies, Roadside Assistance and Value-Added Products they have developed programmes that are tailored to clients expectations.

About The Opportunity:

Customer Account Executive

£23,000 - £25,000 basic salary

OTE up to £400 per month

Day To Day?

  • Work collaboratively with the Regional Sales Manager on actions to achieve the sales element of the Regional target that is associated with the Desk Based Account team.
  • Contact all Dealers in Area on a monthly basis, recording actions and opportunities in Hubspot.
  • Arranging a six-monthly visit by the field based Account Manager, participating in some joint visits to aid Dealer empathy and personal development.
  • Be involved in Dealer onboarding processes for the whole Region and then managing contact and sales levels with the smaller Dealers.
  • Undertake prospecting activity to grow your own customer portfolio and identify opportunities for the field-based account management team Customer Account Executive 2.
  • Meet the Sales targets required from renewals opportunities and selling new products to the customer.
  • Undertake external follow up activities and calls to renewal opportunity customers.
  • Support the Corporate Account Manager with specific tasks as required.

About You:

They are looking for an individual who takes initiative and has a willingness to learn, not for perfection!

  • A background in customer service or sales is essential.
  • Previous experience working within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of the automotive or finance industry would be preferred.
  • Customer focused, always want to do the best for the customer.

  • Process Oriented, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
