Q3 Academy Langley opened its doors in September 2016, becoming the first brand-new secondary education provider in Sandwell in a decade. We are looking to add to our fantastic team of dedicated, hard-working colleagues, who contribute to a wonderful culture of work.

As we are now in our fifth year, we are looking to appoint a committed graduate to offer additional learning and pastoral support. We are dedicated, hardworking, and looking to add value to an exceptional team as externally identified in our outstanding judgement for personal development, behaviour and welfare from Ofsted (2019).

We are seeking to recruit an Academic Ambassador to add to our already fantastic team of dedicated, hardworking colleagues, who contribute to a wonderful culture of work.

Using data effectively, you will establish high expectations and assist in the process of setting individual targets and create plans of action for students including those who are at risk of underachieving.

You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.

If you are determined to make a difference to the life chances of young people by raising standards, expectations and achievement we would like to hear from you.

Hours

37hrs per week, Monday – Thursday 7:30am-3:30pm, Friday 7:30 am- 3:00pm (30 minutes’ unpaid break)

Scale 3, Point 5-6 £19,312-£19,698 (FTE) £17,009 - £17,349 (Actual salary)
