This client is a top 5 tech giant and one of the world’s most popular search engines.
This is a hybrid role, so you will split your time between home office and the clients offices in central London. On-site you will be able to access their amazing facilities and quirky working spaces, as well as free breakfast/ lunch/ dinner, on-site gyms, outdoor spaces and roof gardens, wellness rooms and sleep pods.?

Job Description:

• Drive outcomes for several internal/external projects and/or several customers/stakeholders/businesses, with minimal guidance.
• Independently plan and execute prioritized project work, exercising judgment and discretion to achieve project objectives with awareness of broader project priorities.
• Anticipate, identify, and recommend creative ways to improve on solutions to defined problems via evaluation and analysis of data and business needs.
• Troubleshoot commonly escalated issues or triage when required.
• Work within one or more teams to communicate project knowledge and priorities, providing guidance to more junior team members.
• Identify key stakeholders internally and externally to build networks and contribute to cross-team collaborations and training.
• As needed, act as a point of contact in TVC engagements (e.g., escalation).
• Communicate effectively with internal teams.
• Coordinate timelines, goals, and objectives for assigned component(s) of a client/stakeholder project.

Responsibilities:

• Support updating of existing solution content or create repeatable content (e.g., best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code) and ensure effective documentation of repeatable solutions. Contribute to delivery of business efficiency plans (BEP), recognizes current inefficiencies and proposes options.
• Manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation. Propose next steps and roadblock solutions and anticipate questions and challenges.
• Execute solutions, with occasional support from peers/community, based on user/partner/client business objectives and technical requirements that have been previously defined, developed, and approved.
• Help leverage, customize, or develop technical or nontechnical solutions based on defined user/partner/client business objectives that are compliant with legal, with minimal guidance. Support discussions with internal teams and users/partners/clients to define solution constraints and scope with minimal guidance. Help articulate the value of solutions through design sessions with the user/partner/client with minimal guidance. Support architecture design and/or feature requests with product teams for solution development.
• Support defining of long-term solution strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams and influence the direction and priority of technical product features and/or the solution with minimal guidance.
• Support collaboration with manager-level stakeholders to troubleshoot or develop the most optimal solutions and enhance offerings. Support coaching internal and external teams on new solutions/systems, user/partner/client ecosystem, and industry landscape. Address escalations to and from stakeholders.
• Help to build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in user/partner/client/internal organizations to deliver or manage quality solutions and services with minimal guidance. Contribute to advising on best practices to optimize internal stakeholder/client use of technology to support their business processes with minimal guidance. Help enhance relationships and seek out new opportunities through consultation and engagement with minimal guidance.
• Skills/Experience/Education:
• Ability to understand stakeholder needs through dialogue before conducting analysis and making recommendations.
• Ability to utilize open, closed, and leading questioning techniques to understand underlying beliefs, motivations, and causes for behaviors, needs, and desires.
• Ability to develop, understand, and apply domain-specific technical knowledge to complete assigned work, tasks, and support others in the organization.
• Knowledge of the changing landscape of the industry, product areas, other key players, and/or markets including technology trends and issues that affect the operations of one???s business and organization.
• Ability to manage and execute operational processes, including adherence to documented procedures, definition of SLAs, definition of location and time zone strategy, capacity planning, quality control and oversight of outsourcing partners.
• Ability to discover opportunities to deliver expanded customer value by effectively managing the pipeline throughout the entire sales/customer lifecycle.
• Ability to use critical thinking and diverse data to solve problems, drive decision-making, and make improvements.
• Knowledge of project planning methodology, deployment planning process, and sequence. This includes the ability to understand, or to manage smaller parts or phases of a bigger project, or an understanding of how to translate capacity demand into a low-level production system project plan.
