The successful candidate will act as a role model for the IT Support team and provide ongoing mentoring and support. You will act as the SME for Windows based products visiting customers to provide and discuss support needs, installations and knowledge documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Resolution of service impacting issues for clients (3rd line support)
  • You will be responsible for inspiring the wider team through mentoring and consultancy
  • Ensuring the swift resolution of client problems in line with pre agreed SLAs
  • SME for Microsoft product and services support
  • Training and developing the team on ad hoc issues as and when they arise

Experience
  • Running or managing IT Support teams
  • Networking, email, VoIP, and virtualisation
  • Customer facing experience as part of an MSP provider
  • MS Exchange & MS Server OS
