2ndLine IT Support Engineer – Ferndown/Hybrid – Competitive Salary

Requirements:

  • At Least 2 years’ experience in 2nd Line IT Support Role
  • Excellent understanding of all major Windows operating systems including 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019
  • Demonstrable knowledge of; Team Viewer or a MSP Connect preferably for a Managed Services company
  • Active Microsoft certifications (MCSE or equivalent)
  • Skilled with Microsoft Azure/O365 (on premise and cloud based)
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of Networking, Active Directory, Virtualization, IIS and Operating Systems
  • Driving licence essential due to occasional client and office visits

Desirable:

  • Knowledge and experience in configuring and supporting enterprise firewalls, routers, managed switches, vlan configuration

Additional Information;

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm (alternating weekly) with a 1-hour lunch break
