2nd Line ICT Support Technician Hessle Based with travelling to other sites £11.52 per hour Temp to Perm Full Time Driving License essential The successful candidate must be able to drive / own a vehicle, be able to quickly and efficiently identify and deal with IT related issues that may appear during the average workday of the company and be able to maintain patience and professionalism for each person they communicate with during the support process.Key Duties Ensure own CPD and professional competency is maintained Strive to maintain positive working relationships across the team Maintain a flexible approach to support your team and the wider businessSkills Competent in the use and purpose of technology with strong IT skills in Microsoft office, learner management systems and Virtual learning environments Planning and organising Experience of leading and coordinating the delivery of operational work packages/projects Ability to provide excellent customer service Excellent communication skills Troubleshooting and supporting Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office products, desktop and laptop hardware Sound understanding of operating system security principles Must be able to drive / own a vehicleExperience Previous experience is essential Good understanding of IT securityBehaviours To be accessible to team members and work in a supportive manner Ensure an inclusive approach to decision making Ensure all employees are treated fairly and without prejudice Take an empathetic approach to managing the skills and development of employees Respond to employees request efficiently and within a timely mannerEducation: GCSE or equivalent (preferred) Experience: IT Support: 1 year (preferred) Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Reference ID: 2nd Line IT Support TechnicianIf you are interested and meet the above criteria, please send your CV to (url removed) or call the Commercial team on (phone number removed) if you have any queries.
