Have you wanted to get into Estate Agency but didn’t have the experience? We have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are looking for a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our team in Southbourne. This is a fast paced role but if you are looking for a challenge and progression, we will provide the training and support.

You must have excellent customer service skills, be confident on the phone and communicating with people and be computer literate.
You will be registering applicants to a high standard, carrying out viewings, giving feedback to vendors and supporting the team with other administrative tasks.

Looking for someone with previous sales, telesales or office experience.

Full time role, based in our Southbourne Office, some weekends will be required.
Salary circa £18,000 depending on experience and opportunity to earn commission after probation period.
