Technical Sales Customer Service Support

Salary £25 - £30k

Company Performance Bonus + Home Based

Saunas, steam rooms and wellness equipment

Monday to Friday, between the hours of 09:00-17:30

Are you an experienced Technical Sales Customer Service Specialist who is self-motivated and can work independently with minimal supervision? Are you looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to further advance your skills and career in a great company working from home?

Role Responsibilities

Once we have helped you get your product knowledge up to the required standard and you have become familiar with our CRM and stock management system you will then be expected to manage all incoming calls and queries from our customers.

You Will Also Be Required To

Work independently and unsupervised from home to a high standard Deal with all customer queries and sales calls Positively promote and sell the products that we offer to customers Dealing with technical issues and product questions Identify the right product for the customer and upsell where necessary Troubleshoot multiple technical issues Take customer orders Maintain the CRM system and workflow Manage the stock management systems of our standard saunas Liaise with the warehouse and logistics Chase deliveries and deal with couriers Place orders with the sauna manufacturer Update the website Identify new products to build on our product range in the health and wellness industry and contacting potential suppliers Working out the correct pricing strategy based on profit margins Monitoring competitor activities Monitoring market trends Creating a strategic Sales & Marketing plan with forecasts and activity lists

Essential Skills & Experience

Extremely independent, self-motivated, organised, and driven Trustworthy and reliable Outstanding customer service skills Confident and personable telephone manner Confidence to ask open questions and recommend products Stock control management systems and dealing with multiple warehouses A high level of English literacy is essential A high level of attention to detail and a good proof-reader Ability to work to strict deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel Experience with an ERP / CRM system - Aqualine use the ’Odoo’ ERP / CRM system. An understanding of social media marketing would be beneficial. Experience of email marketing. Experience in a similar / related marketplace Evidence of sales ability Evidence of project management ability High levels of numeracy and literacy Evidence of good online skills
