Calderdale Adult Social Care and Wellbeing will be embarking on an ambitious transformation programme to further develop our excellent partnership arrangements with health, housing, children and third sector colleagues within the borough and more widely across West Yorkshire and Humber. This will require the development of a dedicated project team to focus on the redesign and improvement of systems, processes ad practice that will deliver continually high quality services to those people we directly work with and the wider community.

Within an evolving project team, the role will be integral in directly supporting the redesign and delivery of new systems and processes across Adult Social Care Services aligned to the Council’s Strategy and Vison 2024, the Care Act 2014 and future intentions contained in the current Health and Social Care White Paper.

The System Lead will have experience of working in a complex environment and will draw on their detailed knowledge of systems and processes to drive improvements. They will work with a range of Council teams, including IT, Finance, Operational and Commissioning teams; partners and service-users to fully redesign the AHSC Case Management System within the wider Transformation Programme. The focus will be on developing people-centred, efficient processes and ways of working to support the improvement of practice to deliver excellent services, further enhance external integration and maximise income and debt recovery.
