Description

What you’ll be doing?

As Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the IT department in the delivery of an efficient and cost-effective service, by providing customer service and operations support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support the IT department in the delivery of an efficient and cost-effective service, by providing customer service and operations support.
  • Acts as single point of contact for customers.
  • Log calls and track them to resolution using the Service Desk software.
  • Diagnose and resolve system issues
  • Adhere to internal processes to deliver quality of service.
  • Maintain a strong focus on ensuring the services we deliver meet the needs of our business and provide advice to the business where required to define requirements.
  • Achieve a high service level within the business and meet tight deadlines.
  • Supports the Service Desk Lead by constantly evaluating and making recommendations on how to improve the services offered to customers.
  • Pro-actively reviews processes and process documentation, taking personal responsibility for flagging any problems or miscommunication.
  • Support other team members by providing any training or support to assist in the completion of 2nd line tasks.

Job Offer

Salary:

£18,000 - £22,000
