Richmond Villages

Regional role based around our Northampton, Aston, Nantwich, Willaston and Painswick villages.

Circa £55k per annum

As a Regional Support Manager, you’ll provide operational support and expertise to the care homes within Richmond Villages. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you’ll support the delivery of excellent customer service, high quality standards and effective people management. About The Role
  • You’ll support our Home and Village Managers in the development and delivery of business and service improvement plans, addressing quality issues and identifying required actions.
  • Supporting the Village Manager and liaising with the Operational Quality Team as required, you’ll conduct audits and monitor the quality of service provision in the care home, including the analysis and use of quality metrics.
  • You’ll ensure the care home provides the highest standard of service and customer care through coaching, mentoring and supporting Home Managers in priority homes.
  • Assisting Village Managers, you’ll provide support to new Home Managers and other Senior Team members during their induction period, ensuring they are supported to deliver in line with Richmond policies, practises and procedures.
  • Developing and implementing employee change programmes in priority homes to support the improvement of employee engagement, performance standards and retention.
  • Carrying out complex investigations, disciplinary and grievance appeals as required.
  • Working as an interim Home Manager where there is a requirement within the region.
Who We’re Looking For

You’ve previously worked as a Home Manager with experience of working across more than one care setting and a clinical background would be advantageous. With an ability to persuade and influence at all levels, you can adapt your management style appropriately to meet the needs of different environments and quickly establish credibility and rapport with key stakeholders. Ideally you have previous experience in people management, investigation and root cause analysis along with a proven ability to interpret and explain complex data to a range of audiences. A confident communicator with excellent problem-solving skills, you’re an effective decision maker who’s able to think strategically and skilled in project delivery.
