Leading and long-established IP practice has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Trade Mark Attorney to work on a part-time basis. Ideally, you’ll be based within their London office, however there’s flexibility to be based out of their North West hub.

Ideally at a level where you’re used to handling work autonomously, you’ll complement the existing trade mark team whose expertise ranges from Trainee to Partner. With a solid direct client base across Europe, you’ll strategically advise and assist across a range of technology sectors bringing your impressive commercial acumen and legal insight. Day to day the full array of Trade Mark Attorney responsibilities include clearance searches, registration, enforcement via oppositions, cancellations, infringement actions and watching services.

You can tailor this Trade Mark Attorney role to your particular needs, with plenty of good quality work available to cover 2 -3 days a week if that suits your needs professionally and work/life balance, however, the option to work more is open if you wish to bring work with you!
