Job Purpose:

Reed Franchise Partnerships was launched in June 2021 to allow international recruiters and existing recruitment businesses to partner with Reed - the world’s largest family-owned recruitment brand.

With the recent expansion across the USA, Middle East, Singapore & Europe, you will be supporting this project with further expansion into new countries as well as within existing markets. You will also provide existing franchise partners with best-in-class sales enablement tools to help them succeed by leveraging Reed’s 60 years of recruitment experience & knowledge.

Working alongside the International Marketing Manager and the Reed Franchise Partnerships team you will help deliver the international marketing strategy and manage ad-hoc requests from the franchise management team and franchise partners. You will manage the day-to-day running of international websites, including ongoing improvements in line with the global strategy. With the support of the content team, you will create collateral & tools to communicate USPs and proof of success, as well as improve brand awareness and reach.

You’ll strive to deliver marketing excellence and execute marketing activities smartly and efficiently, always pushing yourself to deliver best-in-class marketing and constantly looking for those small improvements to our marketing activities – playing a vital role in aiding Reed’s international expansion.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Plan and execute brand-building activities, communicating the product proposition based on USPs and addressing the needs of prospecting franchise partners
  • Work alongside the content team to ensure continuous creation of case studies, testimonials and additional content (including social graphics & videos) showcasing the company and individual partners’ success
  • Plan and execute paid and organic social media marketing activities to grow our audience and engagement, with a particular focus on LinkedIn
  • Support & empower the Reed Franchise Partnerships’ sales team lead generation activities – develop a comprehensive resources toolkit supporting all decision-making process stages
  • Manage Reed Franchise Partnerships’ social media accounts and develop a social media strategy – based on a mix of custom-made content, collateral as well as sharing resonating industry news
  • Communicate internally with franchise partners, using internal tools such as Yammer, to improve the understanding of the marketing support available to them and improve their utilisation of existing tools
  • Produce a monthly client newsletter distributed to all franchise partners

Requirements:

  • B2B marketing experience
  • A passionate marketeer, wanting to progress their career by working with the best marketing team in the industry
