Are you a Lead Automation Test Engineer (QAT/SDET) looking for your next challenge? Home Office is looking for Lead Automation Test Engineers for large sophisticated Agile projects, working with the latest and upcoming technologies. We have one of the largest AWS environments in Europe and our environment includes Drone, Playwright and Cyprus.

There is the opportunity to gain experience, working with the following technologies: AWS, Selenium, Serenity BDD, Cypress, Playwright, REST Assured, API, Maven, Gradle, Git, JUnit, TestNG, Assertion Libraries, WireMock, POM, SOLID, BDD, Cucumber, Jenkins, Drone, SonarQube, Node.js, Bash, Powershell, Docker, Kubernetes.

We are seeking candidates to determine and drive the test engineering approach for large scale programmes. You will define and implement product level test engineering approaches!

What you will do:

  • Own existing test frameworks, review them and identify the need for new frameworks, delivering these at scale.
  • Lead and mentor a team of test engineers and help with solving technical challenges. Evaluate efficiency of test processes across projects and suggest improvements. Participate in the QAT Test Engineering community as well as QAT recruitment to help grow it.
  • Embrace innovation by evaluating tools and recommending innovative approaches.
  • Use container and cloud technology to orchestrate faster, scalable tests while optimising costs.
  • Work with teams to promote use of code scan, code quality, accessibility testing and observability tools.
