CMA Recruitment Group is currently working exclusively with a client based in Bournemouth, Dorset, who have the requirement to recruit a Finance Business Partner on an interim basis. This assignment is expected to last six months although does have potential to be become permanent. This is an opportunity to work in a fast paced, multi-entity environment, in a role where you will have extensive exposure to the wider business.

What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?
  • Production of monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts;
  • Provide variance analysis with full commentary and clear communication;
  • Tracking of KPIs and other company financials;
  • Prepare weekly cash flow;
  • Assist with other accounts preparation tasks and ad hoc projects.
Suitable Candidate
  • Previous experience working in a property / construction business is highly beneficial not not essential:
  • Experience working in a similar Finance Business PArtner position is advantageous;
  • The ideal candidate will be qualified or working towards their ACCA / CIMA or equivalent qualification.
