Infrastructure Analyst

Halifax

£35K- £40K depending on experience + on call allowance of £3K- £4K

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious 2nd Line Support Engineer to further their career with a leading national plc.

This is the chance to join an established IT function with a fantastic working environment and culture of promoting from within.

Duties Will Include
  • 2nd Line Support calls
  • Supporting MS Suite of products including Windows Servers, Active Directory, Sharepoint, Intune
  • VMWare
  • Multi-site support
  • On call rota
The Successful Candidate Will Ideally Have
  • 2nd Line support experience in a technical environment
  • Background in supporting multi-site organisations
  • Technical experience of supporting:
Windows Server

VMWare

Active Directory
