工作内容

Our client, within the automotive sector, is currently seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner, with retail experience, to join their team on a 12-month FTC.

As the business is growing, there is a possibility of this role becoming permanent.

Requirements:

  • Extensive HR experience within retail
  • Ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven Employee Relations experience
  • Solid knowledge of employment law
  • Strategic and project based experience
  • The ability to work at a very fast pace
  • Great written and verbal communication skills

This is a hybrid role, requiring travel within the UK on a weekly basis. The salary is up to £50,000 + bonus and lots of fantastic benefits.
