Our client is a growing, innovative global Group which currently has an excellent opportunity for a Group Financial Controller to join them in a senior role, based at one of their businesses near to Bournemouth, Dorset.

What will the role involve?
  • As Group Financial Controller you will be responsible for managing the finance function of the Group, ensuring effective controls are in place as well as compliance with all accounting regulations;
  • All financial, statutory, tax and regulatory reporting, monthly management reporting, Board Pack information and KPIs;
  • Acting as a business partner to the COO and providing support for acquisitions, assisting in integrating new businesses into the Group;
  • Driving the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes, as well as all Group consolidations;
  • Continuously looking to improve systems, processes and reporting wherever applicable.
Suitable Candidate
  • Fully qualified, preferably ACA or ACCA, with experience of leading a finance team in a leveraged environment;
  • Complex consolidations, including multi-currency and joint ventures;
  • Experience of international subsidiaries.
