Finance Manager | Part-time | Ringwood | £32,000 - £35,000 pro rata

Find Online Recruitment Group are working exclusively with a leading Healthcare business based in Ringwood, in the recruitment of a Finance Manager.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, a member of the senior management team, the Finance Manager will provide a variety of financial services to the CEO, senior management team and directors. They will ensure the smooth running of all financial functions including management of the finance team; contribute strategic financial and business management guidance and will ensure financial corporate governance guidelines are met.

Essential Requirements | Finance Manager

  • at least 5 years-experience in a senior finance function.
  • fully qualified accountant (ACCA or CIMA or any other professional accounting body) preferred but not essential.
  • advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLookup and advanced data analysis).
  • good working knowledge of finance systems.

Person Specification | Finance Manager

  • Strong and motivating team player both within the finance team and the senior management team.
  • Brings experience but open to change with a flexible approach to work.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated and a quick learner.
  • Strong man-management capability, clear, direct, patient and nurturing especially of junior staff.
  • Good at achieving results both directly and through others.
  • Upholds and promotes the social values and ethics of the company.
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
