Digital Marketing Manager – Plasma Pen

Objectives

Organise Plasma Pen’s internal and external resource to translate strategy into actionable tasks

Manage the effective communication of key messages to prospects and clients

Ensure digital performance is constantly improving by acquiring new customers and engaging with existing customers in a more meaningful manner

Key elements/deliverables of the role

Have an opinion on digital strategy and create a plan in line with the business’ objectives

Understand digital marketing in detail and manage the CRM activity

Manage the organic social media channels and help produce attractive content

Understand the website and be able to administer simple tasks relating to uploading new products, blog posts or content amends

Understand how to interpret data and translate into meaningful actions

Work with the agencies to ensure campaigns run effectively

More knowledge than anyone else about the detail of all active campaigns

Effective management of work-in-progress

Accurate and timely status reporting to the business owners

Effective delegation where appropriate

Likely attitude/approach

Highly resourceful

Able and willing to present options to problems as they are encountered

Curious to explore new ideas and better ways of working

Relishes plate-spinning
