Client Success Director - FTC
  • Award winning digital agency building apps for global charities and ’tech for good’
  • Hybrid working. Bournemouth, Dorset (1 day a week in the office)
  • FTC for 12 months initially
  • £40,000 - £50,000 plus benefits
Client Success Director required for a leading and award winning digital agency building and delivering ’tech for good’ apps and services.As a Client Success Director you will help seek and secure new opportunities with the existing organisations as well as identify and networking with the right people to bring on board new clients. You will also help to retain and renew all of our existing clients, whilst growing the value of each account.Key Responsibilities
  • Generating and qualifying new opportunities with existing client accounts
  • Managing new opportunities through the sales pipeline
  • Networking and pursuing proactive opportunities to build new relationships across existing clients
  • Managing and negotiating all existing client contracts
  • Working with Product Owners and Delivery Managers to establish requirements
  • Developing strategic plans across the client portfolio in order to surpass net growth and client satisfaction
  • Help with retain and renew of all existing clients by completing regular health checks, managing client expectations
  • Supporting the development, communication and implementation of effective client strategies
Key Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Experience of working within an agency environment
  • Exceptional client servicing skills
  • Outstanding networking and communication skills
  • Experience of delivering winning pitches
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Accurate use of a CRM system
