Position Overview

The Client Implementation Specialist position is a full-time position based in Bournemouth, UK. The position holder will provide support to the Customer Relations department for the implementation of our services with French and international customers. The objective is to ensure an excellent level of service and maintain high customer satisfaction during the implementation period. The ideal candidate will be able to respond effectively in very different and varied situations and have good proactivity.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist the team in the implementation of new accounts
  • Support the travel agency flow (PNR) implementation team by establishing communication between the team and the client
  • Create clear and precise implementation plans
  • Configure the GardaWorld Travel Security platform
  • Activate the services
  • Acquire autonomy to deploy services to customers
  • Solve problems regarding customer requests in a pragmatic and clear manner
  • Build trusting relationships with customers
  • Provide adequate and alternative solutions

Skills, Experience & Competencies
  • Bachelors Degree level education essential
  • Previous professional experience in or exposure to Crisis24’s field of activity essential
  • effectively in stressful situations
  • Good organizational skills to manage diverse customer profiles
  • Demonstrable excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French in order to communicate with our customers and users
  • Proven international experience an advantage, especially when dealing with high-risk countries
  • Excellent attention to detail at all times
  • Proven ability to work well within a multicultural team
  • Good time management with a strong ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of IT tools (experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent presentation and delivery skills
  • Demonstrable good writing skills
  • Discretion at all times due to the sensitive nature of the position
  • Business travel possible to Crisis24 management offices in The UK, Europe, UAE, USA and other locations where the company operates or where customers may be located
