Position:Business Analyst

Experience: 6+ years of experience

Location: England (Preferrable), UK

Role

The candidate should be able to:

· Work with product owner to understand high level user journeys, map them to impacted business processes and IT landscape, translate business requirements into user stories and support in prioritisation and planning for an end-to-end user journey.

· Work with Stakeholders to identify and document business requirements. This includes conducting interviews, gathering data, and analysing existing systems to understand needs of business.

· Ensure that acceptance criteria are well documented and are met as a result of development.

Responsibility:

· Prioritize and maintain product backlog working closely with product owner and business owners.

· Coordinate with business analytics from various team to align on business process dependencies.

· Understand business perspectives and technical concepts and liaise effectively between business owners and development teams.

· Effectively carry out the translation of business requirements into functional specifications to satisfy the business needs.

· Facilitate communication to ensure that the team understands the requirements and goals of the project.

· Collaborate with UI/UX designers for user story designs.

· Collaborate with SAS on architecture and solution design for user stories.

· Support testing team to validate test cases/scenarios to ensure that the solutions meet business needs, focusing on functionality and usability throughout the systems development lifecycle.

· Collaborate with teams on defect triage.

· Work with Product owner to host sprint demos.

· Communicate with internal as well as external stakeholders clearly and regularly focusing on user and business needs.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in the eCommerce domain.
• Knowledge and working experience of working in Agile environment. Should be able to apply on Agile mindset to all aspects of your work. Knowledge of SAFe is beneficial.
• Expertise in tools like Jira and Confluence is must.
• Proficiency in gathering and interpreting data to monitor product performance, track user behavior, and identify areas for improvement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable product features.
• Effective organization and management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £31,762.76 per year
