Job Summary

Due to the continuous development and growth of our business, we are recruiting for a Business Administration Apprentice to work alongside our Customer & Colleague Experience Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to gain a deep understanding of the many teams that make up a thriving business, from customer service, to support to finance and dispatch.

Headline Responsibilities

  • Administrative support for the Customer and Colleague Experience Manager and Directors
  • Assisting across the business with project management
  • Supporting all areas of the business from Warehouse to Directors as required
  • Shadowing the Customer & Colleague Experience Manager learning all aspects of the business including but not limited to, Credit Control, Order processing, Customer Service, HR,

Job role specifics:

  • Typing up meeting minutes
  • Monthly figures reporting
  • Maintaining and updating CRM systems as required
  • Review process documents ensuring up to date and relevant
  • HR administration tasks (letters, recruitment responses)
  • Allocating and maintaining online training for all employees
  • Processing orders
  • Supporting in the warehouse
  • Supporting in the printing bureau
  • Processing orders
  • Dealing with Customer enquiries
  • Supporting in all areas of the business as required

Skills Required:

  • IT literate
  • English & Maths (GCSE 4+ required)
  • Passion to learn
