Become a Customer Service volunteer helping to advise your customer and assisting them with their purchase

If you enjoy meeting and talking to people and can provide great customer service this could be the role for you.

As part of this role you will be:

  • Talking to customers and making them feel welcome
  • Advising and helping people as they shop and receiving their donations
  • Keeping our shop floor looking great!

Preferred skills and attributes

(Full training will be given for all roles)

  • For this role you will need to be friendly and helpful
  • A desire to provide great customer service is required for this role.

Job Type: Volunteer

Salary: From £0.01 per hour

  • Northampton, NN1 1PD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
