My Poole based client is currently recruiting for a 2nd Line Engineer to join the team on an interim basis. This role would suit someone who has been in an IT role for 6 months to one year and is looking to step into a 2nd Line role. This position is very likely to lead to permanent employment after the 6-month contract, with training and qualifications available to the candidates to support their developing skills. As 2nd Line Engineer you will be an escalation point to the 1st Line Support team and will be offering support across the organisation via telephone, email and face to face. Role: 1st
  • 2nd Line Engineer Location: Poole
  • 2 days WFH per week Start: ASAP Duration: 6 months - very likely to go perm thereafter Rate: £14.20 per hour (inside ir35) (equivalent to £27,000 - £28,000) Skillsets:
  • Active Directory - creating and deleting accounts, resetting passwords.
  • Experience working on a support desk
  • Minimum 1 year.
  • Basic Server administration
  • M365 administration - creating accounts, sharing mailboxes, Group Policy and Exchange knowledge.
