Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a hard-working Year 5 Teacher to join this two-form entry school that has a ’believe you can’ attitude towards all aspects of schooling to bring out the vest in the entire school community. This full time Year 5 role commences in January 2024, and you will be required for to complete the academic year. This exciting position will pay £140-200 per day, subject to experience.This role is also open to ECTs who are looking to further their teaching experience.

As a Year 5 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons and you will have the support of a full time Teaching Assistant as well as partner teacher. The school believes in building upon prior learning and ensure there are no gaps to a child’s understanding by using carefully selected knowledge organisers.

Based in the Bolton area, this 2-form entry school aims to work in partnership with the families and community to teach children to be strong, independent, self assured individuals who are ready for the next step in their learning journey.

Essential requirements:

  • Have Qualified Teacher Status
  • Teaching experience in the United Kingdom
  • Experience in Key Stage 2 is essential in this role
  • The school have specified that a specialism in a foundation subject would be beneficial in this role
  • A proven track record with references to support this
