YardPerson / HGV Class 2 Driver

We are seeking a YardPerson / HGV Class 2 Driver to join our Client’s Automotive Business in the Calne area!

Our client’s focus is on their people, they know that to keep this level of success they need a strong team in place and they believe heavily in nurturing their staff and providing them with a new workshop and during a time of exciting expansion!

Our Client is offering the successful YardPerson / HGV Class 2 Driver:
  • A Basic Salary of up to £30,00
  • Flexible working hours between Monday - Friday 45 hour week (flexible start and finish times)
  • Fantastic opportunity with a bit of variety to your working day - always doing something different!
Duties of a YardPerson / HGV Class 2 Driver with our Client:
  • General hygiene and cleanliness of the yard and workshop; Keep the yard tidy, this includes; Cleaning of the internal workshop and facilities; any deep cleaning of specific areas as directed
  • Moving HGV Vehicles around the yard and some collection & delivery of HGV vehicles
  • Looking after the Yard and helping Drivers to organise everything
  • Other duties as requested by the Workshop Controller and Senior Management
What our Client expects of their YardPerson / HGV Class 2 Driver:
  • Honesty, principled, and trustworthy
  • Full UK Driving License
  • HGV Class 2 License
  • Show a great deal of self-motivation in the way in which duties are conducted
  • An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service
