Carcart are an independent used car retailer looking to become an online dealership. Established in 2017 we have been a very successful start up company taking our stock holding from 50 to 300+ vehicles in a very small amount of time. We are looking for Workshop Supervisor who can work as part of our Preparation Team within our busy preparation centre in Willenhall. The role entails supervising workshop, assigning jobs to mechanics, ordering parts, diagnosing issues with vehicles, making decisions on repairs, assisting mechanics. Review the delivery schedule throughout the day and liaise with Sales and Aftersales to solve any issue.

The role requires very good mechanical knowledge, excellent diagnostic skills, good prioritising skills and ability to multitask. Successful applicant will be well organised individual with excellent attention to details and understand impact of own role on the success of the company.   • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Vehicle Technician: 3 years (preferred)
  • Vehicle Diagnostic: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
